The "bingo board" is an arena that has been marked out with (200) 2-foot squares. "Deeds" are sold for each square for $10 a piece prior to game time of 2 PM and runs until both chips drop or until 4 PM. At 2 PM, Bessie and Babe are turned out onto the bingo board and watched: wherever Bessie and Babe deposit their "chips" - those deed holders will be our winners!
